The logo is embedded in the exported SVG as a data-URI image (nothing is uploaded to a server). DXF is vector-only, so the logo is present in the SVG export, not in the DXF.
Not filled → the cell is printed as “—” (no placeholder text, no guessing). Long values are truncated with an ellipsis inside their own cell, so nothing overflows the title block; the text itself is never re-worded.

The title block is drawn inside the drawing SVG (same coordinate system), so both SVG and DXF exports include it.

Exports use the browser-side svg-to-dxf conversion (R12 / AC1009). The title block is vector geometry, so it becomes real vector entities (LINE / POLYLINE / TEXT); non-ASCII text is escaped as \U+XXXX.
